1994 Tiara Yachts 4000 Express
Extremely well maintained , meticulous 1994 Tiara 4000 Express. This boat has been loved and upgraded each year owned by current owners. It is a wonderful entertaining boat. A large exterior area for sitting, with the convenience of an effcient ice maker, stereo, surround speakers, exterior lighting (blue), swim platform lighting. There is a garage area with automatic door opener that allows for incredible amounts of storage for floats, fishing equipment, extra tables/chairs and so much more. Dinghy Davits were added in 2022 to make it very easy to load your tinder on and off the swim platform. The swim platform is over sized and has custom flooring for enjoying your time sitting in the sun, swimming, or simply entertaining (great area for overflow of additioinal people!) The interior has has upgrades in the refrigerator, freezer, ac units, pumps, vacu flush system and so much more. The mechanicals have been fully maintained by CIM service and all records are available. This boat has been loved, enjoyed and cared for by the current owners. This boat is incredible for heading out whether seas are calm or not. It rides beautifully, a very heavy boat does well in any condition.
